Singapore Air foodstuffs

I suppose it might be silly, but I want to be able to tell of the nifty airplane meals. I chose eastern vs. western choices all around, and all have been delicious

Dinner NYC -> Frankfurt: smoked turkey with mesclum salad and herb sauce; braised fillet of fish with black peppercorn sauce, seasonal vegetables, and fried noodles; cheese and crackers; roll, coffee or tea and a klondike bar for dessert

Small breakfast before arrival: smoked salmon with wasabi and mayo on a croissant and a yogurt cup; coffee or tea

Dinner Frankfurt -> Singapore: Mozzarella & cherry tomato salad; thai green curry beef with vegetables and rice; cheese and crackers; coffee/tea with german ice cream dessert

Breakfast today: Fruit, yogurt; braised egg noodles with minced pork in oriental sauce and vegetables; coffee/tea
